The 1939 film was produced by Atlas Productions and Spectrum Pictures Corporation, but was not released until 1940 after being salvaged from the trash bin by Arthur Ziehm. The film stars Fred Scott, Harry Harvey, and Iris Lancaster, and follows the adventures of Fred Martin and his sidekick Fuzzy Jones as they try to save Carmencita from the evil Walters and his minions.
