Venkatesh, alias Venky, moves into the home of his friend Murthy, where he meets Murthy's daughter Nandini, alias Nandu. Nandu is about to get engaged to a software professional from the US, but Venky forms a bond with the family and eventually wins over Nandu's heart. Despite his feelings, Venky decides to leave to avoid hurting Nandu's relationship with her parents. However, he returns after Murthy's intervention, and Nandu stops speaking to him. The story takes a turn when Venky accompanies Nandu and her cousin to a friend's wedding, where sparks fly between them. As the wedding of Nandu and her fiancé approaches, Venky takes charge of the preparations, and circumstances ultimately reveal the truth about Venky and Nandu's feelings for each other.
