Two childhood friends, Kishen and Karan, part ways as adults. Karan, now a mechanic, leaves his young daughter Suman with Kishen's family, but their son Prem and Suman develop romantic feelings. Kishen's wife approves, but he has other plans for Prem to marry his business partner's daughter.
