La faute à Fidel!

In 1970s Paris, a 9-year-old girl navigates the tumultuous changes in her family as her parents become passionate political activists, sparking a journey of self-discovery and growth.

In the movie, a young girl named Anna's life is disrupted when her aunt and cousin move in with her family. Before their arrival, Anna was a happy child living in a big house with a loving nanny and attending catechism class at a Catholic school. However, her parents' newfound political beliefs, influenced by their Spanish relatives, bring about significant changes to Anna's life. The family is forced to move to a small apartment, and Anna's daily routine is disrupted by the presence of bearded men, known as "barbudos".
