Two individuals, Jeff and Kelly, are obsessed with 80's pop singer Tiffany. Jeff, a 50-year-old man with Asperger's, has attended Tiffany's concerts since 1988 and never had a girlfriend. Kelly, a 38-year-old hermaphrodite, claims to have been friends with Tiffany as a teenager and credits her as the motivation for her life. Both have been labeled stalkers and their lonely lives are revealed in the documentary.
