Billy Wagstaff, a laid-back snowboarder, leaves his Venice Beach home to join a prestigious snowboarding academy in Pine Mountain. Upon arrival, he gets caught up in a local feud between the wealthy mountain owner, Colonel Jaffe, and the misfit locals. After being expelled from the academy, Billy joins forces with the underdogs to take revenge on the rich elite.
