In this low-budget film, a spirit revives a corpse, Mr. Longfellow, who requires the life force of the living to sustain himself. He achieves this by strangling his victims, and his nosy neighbor begins to suspect something is amiss with Mr. Longfellow's behavior in the Maryland suburbs.
