In the aftermath of a gruesome incident, a new warden takes over Campuna State Prison, driven by a bloodlust. An American woman, Liz, travels to the country to recover her sister's remains, who died under mysterious circumstances in the prison. However, she soon discovers that anyone who dies in the prison is resurrected by the sadistic Warden Drago, also known as Count Dracula.
