In Los Angeles, a mysterious serial killer is terrorizing convenience stores, targeting clients and stealing surveillance tapes. The police offer a $500,000 reward for his capture. In a dingy convenience store, a group of misfits, including the owner Steve, his employees, and a phone sex worker, gather to discuss what they would do if they caught the killer. But their conversation is cut short when they are brutally attacked by a masked assailant in a night of unrelenting horror.
