Two college-bound friends, Cindy and Lucy, embark on a ritual to leave their small hometown behind by swimming in an abandoned church crypt. After a crucifix falls into the water, an ancient vampire named Czakyr is awakened, setting off a chain of events. As Lucy's virgin blood makes her a target for the town's newly turned vampires, a school teacher named Mark is sent to help her and her grandmother.
