Samuel Beckett's brief play depicts a director and assistant preparing an elderly man for a political event. Originally dedicated to Czech dissident Vaclev Havel, the play has been revived by director and scientist Stephen Armourae as part of his 'New Blood' Theatre Season. Armourae and actress Rosanna Hoult share the role of the aged protagonist, adding a new twist to Beckett's original message. Both Armourae and Hoult have backgrounds as models.
