A man is rushed to the hospital after being hit by a car, only to discover a bomb attached to his body that's connected to his heart rate. As he's interrogated by an ATS officer, he claims to have no memory of the bomb or how it got there. Despite his denials, the officer is skeptical and is ordered to take him to a remote location and kill him. However, a colleague discovers that the man is actually the key to defusing 24 other bombs hidden throughout the city.
