A toy designer, Connor, wants to create timeless toys and propose to his girlfriend Holly. However, Holly has a secret: her parents, Nick and Jessica, are Santa and Mrs. Claus. She's hesitant to reveal this to Connor, as it means he'll eventually become the new Santa. Meanwhile, Holly's old boyfriend, Jack Frost, who's familiar with the North Pole, returns with ulterior motives, wanting to marry Holly to become Santa himself.
