Tony Ryder inherits his uncle's media empire and must navigate the complex web of secrets surrounding his uncle's sudden and suspicious death in a Palm Beach hotel room.

When a magazine publisher dies on vacation, his nephew Tony inherits the business and tries to secure a loan to expand the magazine. However, a mysterious woman in a towel fleeing the scene of his uncle's death raises suspicions that he was involved with her, threatening the magazine's wholesome image. As Tony and his associates try to identify the woman, they discover she's one of the magazine's researchers, Katie Robbins, who accidentally entered the room. Misconceptions and misunderstandings ensue, leading to a chaotic situation.
