In the city of Mumbai, crime is rampant and divided among three powerful leaders: Walia, Manik Rao, and Roshni. The CBI is tasked with stopping the illegal activities, but the police are often corrupt and ineffective. Enter DCP Hari, a new boss who arrives to shake things up.
