In the vibrant world of Starlight City, Turbo, the Indy 500 champion, and his friends engage in thrilling racing competitions against various species while facing formidable foes.
Turbo, the superfast snail, returns from his victory tour after winning the Indianapolis 500 and finds his life transformed. His human companion, Tito, builds Starlite City, a massive miniature city with a race track, where Turbo and his fellow snails can live and compete.
