A 12-year-old surfer-boy named Osmo and his dad move to a quirky town called Winterton with its own unique blend of snow and monsters that are strictly forbidden. As they settle in, Osmo forms an unlikely friendship with Rita, who is a plucky cousin. They meet Gustav, a towering yellow yeti who's an unstoppable giant goofball. Together, the fearless cousins help keep Gustav hidden from Osmo's monster-averse uncle, Mayor Chrome, while exploring all of Winterton's offbeat and laugh-out-loud adventures in their frozen home.
