A young woman seeking her authentic self amidst Naples' contrasting realities: The refined upper-class Naples and the vibrant, excessive lower-class Naples.

Giovanna's pretty face is deteriorating, with her father believing she is becoming ugly at an alarming rate. He claims to be noticing more of his daughter’s resemblance to her Aunt Vittoria each day. However, some may question if this transformation really occurs or if it merely seems that way. There must be a mirror somewhere where Giovanna can see herself as she truly is, free from the influence of her mother and father's negative perceptions of their aunt.
