In 1887, a powerful vampire named Lilith was defeated by a council of vampires and four amulets were created to prevent her return. In the present day, a realtor named Russel Bayne is trying to buy out a store of esoteric products from a woman named Alex. While driving home, Russel stops to help a woman with car trouble, but they are attacked by a werewolf. Russel transforms into a werewolf a few nights later and joins forces with a group of vampire hunters led by Jacob Van Helsing to prevent the evil vampire clan from retrieving the ancient amulets and bringing Lilith back.
