A divorced executive, Marshall, brings back a mysterious skull from a buying trip and is tasked with taking care of his 11-year-old son Charlie for a few days. When they both wish they were each other's age, they magically switch bodies, forcing Charlie to navigate Marshall's work life and Marshall to attend school. Meanwhile, Charlie must also contend with Marshall's girlfriend, Sam, and a pair of smugglers hot on the skull's trail.
