The Raiders background

The Raiders

In this classic Western, three legendary figures - Wild Bill Hickok, Buffalo Bill, and Calamity Jane - join forces to aid a Texas rancher in his battle against the encroaching railroad, leading to a thrilling showdown of guns, grit, and determination.

A group of seven West Texas ranchers, struggling after the Civil War, lead by a former Confederate colonel, attempt to drive their cattle to the Kansas railhead. They face trouble in Indian territory and continue to Kansas to demand a rail extension, but are met with refusal from the railroad manager. The frustrated Texans engage in a war of attrition against the railroad, clashing with Wild Bill Hickok, "Buffalo Bill" Cody, and Calamity Jane, who are working for the railroad and U.S. Army.
