A vengeful father, William Dorn, goes on a bombing spree targeting those he holds responsible for his daughter's overdose death and his marriage's demise. His rampage includes destroying his daughter's old high school, a mental hospital, and a feminist organization. However, his attack on the hospital is witnessed by a rapist and his mute victim, leading detective Geronimo Minelli to track down the rapist before Dorn kills him.
