A group of friends, including the bride-to-be and her bridesmaids, travel to Mexico for a pre-wedding celebration. After a wild night, they decide to take a tour of the countryside, but are robbed and left for dead. They seek shelter at an abandoned resort, only to be confronted by an unspoken evil that possesses the place. Meanwhile, one of the friends, Sophia, becomes worried about her friends and teams up with a handsome tourist to find them. When they finally locate the resort, they discover that the evil has taken control of everyone who has visited the resort, leading to a terrifying struggle for survival.
