A team from Eland Mining searches for three missing employees in the Namib desert, joined by Dr. Zach Straker, an expert in extreme survival. They discover human bones with blood, identify them as two missing men, only to have them vanish again. As they explore, they encounter a mysterious monster, known as Esikhulu, which can appear and disappear, withstand shotgun hits, absorb human bodies, and even turn water acidic.
