Top dogs in the Eastsidaz gang in Long Beach, California, Killa Pop, Young Loc, Crackle, and Snap, are at the top of their game. However, their lives take a drastic turn when Crackle and Big Long Beach set up Killa to take the fall for a botched Jamaican drug deal. While Killa is stuck in Chino state penitentiary, he concocts an escape plan and tries to figure out what really happened. Meanwhile, Crackle and Big Long Beach kidnap Killa's girlfriend, Booboo, and the government seizes his assets. Can Killa Pop escape, rescue Booboo, exact revenge, find the stolen loot, and evade the police?
