A student named Siva moves to Vijayawada to pursue his education and falls in love with Asha, sister of an honest police inspector. However, his life takes a turn when he clashes with the college's student-union president J. D., who is part of a gangster network reaching all the way to a crime boss. After a series of violent incidents, Siva decides to run for student-union president and becomes a target for the gang. As the stakes rise, Siva must navigate his relationships and confront the corrupt forces threatening his life and the people he cares about.
