In January 1972, a South Korean base in Vietnam receives a mysterious radio transmission from a platoon thought to be dead. Lieutenant Choi Tae-in, a decorated veteran, is tasked with leading a team of nine soldiers to rescue the missing soldiers from R-Point. Upon arrival, they engage in a firefight and defeat a Vietnamese woman armed with a machine gun in a trench. As they search for the missing soldiers, they stumble upon a tombstone revealing a dark history of Chinese atrocities against Vietnamese people, which has left the location cursed. As the rescue team delves deeper, they begin to experience bizarre and unsettling events.
