Aging film star Amar lives a solitary life in Mumbai, a city of 15 million people, where he's known for his fame and wealth. Tara, a widow, runs a small restaurant with the help of her son, who delivers Amar's meals. Despite never having met, they've formed a connection through phone conversations, which began by chance a year ago and have become a daily ritual.
