In the 1980s, a group of friends from rural Brittany broadcast a free radio station from their hometown, seeking adventure. Led by charismatic Jerome, the station thrives, but technical genius Philippe, Jerome's younger brother, is forced to leave for West Berlin due to military service. Despite the distance, Philippe remains committed to broadcasting, only to discover that he's part of a fading era on the brink of extinction.
