Forty Acre Feud

Tennessee's forgotten 40-acre community of Shagbottom is thrust into chaos when it's unexpectedly given the chance to elect a state representative, sparking a heated power struggle and a whole lot of fussin' and feudin'.

When a small community is discovered to be eligible to elect a state representative, old rivalries resurface and tensions rise. A general store becomes the site of disputes between two feuding families, while a family's matriarch tries to persuade her husband not to run for office. Amidst the conflict, star-crossed lovers from the feuding families are forced apart until a country music festival brings them back together.
