Felix Goes West background

Felix Goes West

In this thrilling adventure, a man named Felix finds himself in a precarious situation when he clashes with a tribe of Native Americans in the American West. As tensions escalate, Felix must also contend with a formidable foe: a ferocious bear that's hot on his heels.

Felix the Cat, always struggling financially, gets kicked out of a Tea Room and steals painted flapjacks from a billboard. Aunt Jamima gives chase, prompting Felix to create a makeshift propeller and fly west. He catches a ride with a Pony Express rider, devouring food and soon finds himself in a gun battle with cowhands from the Rio Grande. Escaping, Felix is ambushed by hostile Indians, but manages to escape and ride an arrow back east, landing in front of a tobacco shop. He then vandalizes a wooden Indian and is chased away by a policeman.
