El violín

In a fictional Latin American country, a brutal government crackdown on a rural insurgency unfolds, marked by heinous atrocities including torture, sexual violence, and murder.

In a country reminiscent of Mexico, a government battles a rural insurgency through brutal means. As soldiers encircle a town, they isolate rebels from their hidden ammunition stash. Amidst the chaos, a family of three - grandfather, son, and grandson - joins the rebels in the hills. The elderly man, carrying his violin, attempts to sneak past the checkpoint, claiming to tend his cornfield. However, the commanding officer demands daily lessons music from him instead. Can the old man cleverly smuggle the ammunition in his violin case without arousing suspicion?
