During excavations in Romania, Communist soldiers inadvertently unleash the half-vampire servant of Dracula and his vampire dog, Zoltan. The duo sets out for America to find the last living descendant of the legendary Count. Unbeknownst to the descendant, he and his family, including their dogs, are in grave danger. A vampire hunter is hot on the trail, determined to destroy the servant and protect the unsuspecting heir.
