A plane is attacked by bullet ants, whose sting is the most painful and deadliest on the planet, while carrying a mother-daughter duo and an air marshal. The entomologist mother joins forces with the air marshal to save the flight from disaster, ultimately bringing them closer together and offering a chance at a future together.

Dr. Carrie Ross and her daughter are on a flight from Colombia when it's suddenly attacked by bullet ants, whose venomous sting is notorious for its extreme pain and high mortality rate. They team up with air marshal Ethan Hart to survive the ordeal.
