Suzume Yosano's life takes an unexpected turn when her parents relocate to Bangladesh due to her father's job transfer, leaving her behind. She moves to Tokyo to live with her uncle, Yukichi, and begins her high school journey. On her way to her new home, she meets a mysterious man who helps her navigate the unfamiliar city. To her surprise, this stranger turns out to be her homeroom teacher, Satsuki Shishio. As she settles into her new life, Suzume must also adjust to making new friends and navigating the ups and downs of high school, leading to a year filled with excitement and adventure.
