On prom night, the students of Hoover High embark on a memorable adventure. Shelley, a popular girl, rebels against tradition by skipping the event and instead spends the evening with Dan, an unpopular classmate. Meanwhile, Kevin, a popular student, takes Angela, a nerdy girl, to the prom, believing she is easy. Patrice, another student, continues to blame her boyfriend Roger for her problems.
