A former silver medalist boxer, now 43, hawks himself as a human punching bag in Seoul to avoid loan sharks. His wife seeks divorce, threatening to take their son. A troubled youth, released from prison, was recommended boxing to release aggression after beating an elderly neighbor. With his father deceased, mother missing, and grandmother in poor health, he finds hope in an amateur boxing competition where he will face the former boxer.
