A medical team from France, consisting of Carole, Samir, and Dr. Mathias, is traveling back to Paris from Kosovo when they encounter a roadblock. Due to the discovery of mines, they are instructed to wait three hours before proceeding. However, Dr. Mathias recommends taking a detour, leading them astray. They stop at a remote house to ask for directions, only to be intercepted by a van and taken captive. The team is imprisoned in dirty cells, but surprisingly, they are still provided with food. Later, when Samir is removed from his cell, they learn the true motives behind their kidnapping.
