Petula Thames and Tilda Darlings, two self-proclaimed artists turned dealers, flee to NYC to pursue their dreams but end up in illegal activities. After mishandling $80,000 worth of narcotics, they're given 48 hours to repay their vengeful drug lord. They plan to rob their wealthy childhood friend, Daphne Peters, who's inherited a fortune and now lives secluded in a gothic mansion. However, Daphne, a schizophrenic agoraphobe, has become trapped in a fantasy world from their childhood. To take her money, the girls must participate in Daphne's twisted game of make-believe, descending into a deadly maze of hallucinations, role-play, torture, and murder.
