Nolan Mack is a well-regarded sixty-year-old married bank clerk, who leads a quiet and uneventful life. One night, as he drives home, he nearly runs into a hustler. Sorry for what might have happened, Nolan starts a conversation with the young man (named Leo) and they end up in a hotel room. Nolan, however, is not there for sex; he has fallen in love with Leo. Despite realizing he was gay at age twelve, Nolan's never been able to express his sexual orientation. However, Leo crystallizes Nolan's feelings and desires.
