Rudolf Ising, a cartoonist, struggles to create a new drawing, ultimately producing Bosko, a simple and rounded design. To his surprise, Bosko comes to life, declaring "Well, here I is, and I shore feel good!" As Bosko dances, plays the piano, and sings, his terrible singing prompts the cartoonist to try and erase him. However, Bosko proves resilient and can't be easily defeated.
