3 Dog Band is one of the only 14 out of 39 shorts that was completed for the animated anthology series 'The Cartoonstitute' that was unfortunately scrapped, It tells us the story of a trio of dogs (all interested in different genres of music) prepare for a gig at an exclusive nightclub, with some minor difficulty along the way.
