George Burns purchases an apartment building in Southern California with Mr. Bundy as the superintendent. Jeff and Wendy Conway (Connie Stevens),husband and wife tenants, are portrayed as an airline pilot and a ditz, respectively. Their co-pilot is Danny Adams (James T. Callahan),a young single man known for his red and black "little books". George relentlessly follows Wendy throughout the day, commenting on her activities. She was previously a replacement for Gracie Allen, who had retired from the show.
