Officer Herbie patrols the streets of P-Town, a neighborhood where puppets and humans live together, amidst a surge of violent crimes linked to drugs.
In the seedy Puppet Town neighborhood, a string of violent and drug-related crimes has everyone on edge. To solve the case, Herbie, a skilled puppet cop, teams up with his human partner Sanchez to track down Rainbow Brown, a ruthless puppet drug dealer with a thirst for power and a willingness to do whatever it takes to achieve it.
