Still Open All Hours

Arkwright's nephew Granville now runs the shop with his son Leroy, the result of a one-night stand in Blackpool. Despite inheriting his uncle's frugal nature, Granville tries to sell nappy rash cream as a bodybuilding aid. The shop attracts female customers, including his former flame Mavis, who is now back on the market. However, she is guarded by her sister Madge, and Mrs. Featherstone, a retired woman, shows interest in Granville, unlike retired nurse Gladys, who is not interested. After a difficult day with a difficult customer, Wet Eric, Granville considers accepting affection from Mrs. Featherstone.
