In this comedy, a shipping clerk and a champion Canadian swimmer, both named Joe Holt, are mistaken for each other by socialite Ginger Rogers. She mistakenly believes the shipping clerk is the inventor of an unsinkable swimsuit and enters him in a 20-mile swim race.
