A talented cartoonist, Magdi, struggles with obesity and loneliness, but his condition unexpectedly becomes a confidant for his friends who confide in him about their own problems. Despite his creative eating habits, Magdi yearns for a romantic relationship and wonders if he'll ever find love. His uncle, Azmi, tries to help him overcome his weight issues, fearing he'll follow in his footsteps of a life of solitude and illness.
