Dr. Walter Hall is coerced by the government to continue his experiments with a serum that turns men into monstrous creatures. He injects the serum into a derelict, unleashing a terrifying beast that combines human, reptile, and alien features. Twenty years later, the creature resurfaces, and Dr. Hall must confront his past creation, known as VILE 21, in a desperate attempt to stop the evil.
