A forest officer, Swanand Gaddamwar, is tasked by the government to capture a wild bull named Valu, which is considered holy by the villagers of Kusavde. However, Valu becomes aggressive and is blamed for various incidents of chaos and destruction, causing Swanand to feel ashamed of his assignment. Accompanied by his brother Sameer, who is making a documentary, Swanand meets Jeevan, who agrees to help him catch Valu. As they work together, they learn about the bull's history and the villagers' attachment to it, while also navigating the complex relationships between village leaders Sarpanch and Abha, who both want to take credit for capturing Valu.
