In the bustling streets, Silsila, an orphan, manages a single traffic signal, collecting protection tax from vendors and squatters. He's surrounded by an eclectic cast of characters, including Tsunami, a young scavenger, Rani, a Gujarati cloth seller, and Dominic, a struggling addict and his prostitute companion. Silsila's loyalty is tested when he and Jaffer bhai, the local goon, become entangled in a chain of events that threatens their livelihood, forcing Silsila to choose between silence and protest.
